The correct option is B 9
For $m = 2$ , $n = 3$ , $p = 4$ , $q = 0$ , $r = 7$ ,

$\frac{3 m + 2 n}{q + p} - \frac{4 p - 3 n}{q + r} + \frac{2 p + 3 m}{q + m}$

$= \frac{3 (2) + 2 (3)}{0 + 4} - \frac{4 (4) - 3 (3)}{0 + 7} + \frac{2 (4) + 3 (2)}{0 + 2}$

$= \frac{6 + 6}{4} - \frac{16 - 9}{7} + \frac{8 + 6}{2}$
$= 3 - 1 + 7$
