$- 2 m^{3} - 3 n^{2} + 5 m^{2} n = - 2 (3)^{3} - 3 (2)^{2} + 5 (3)^{2} (2) = - (2 \times 27) - (3 \times 4) + (5 \times 9 \times 2) = - 54 - 12 + 90 = - 66 + 90 = 24$

Hence, $- 2 m^{3} - 3 n^{2} + 5 m^{2} n = 24$ .
