Question

If magnetic monopolesexisted, how would the Gauss Law of magnetism be modified?

Solution

Gauss's law of electric charge, E. dS =qε0, because mono independent charge exists. On the other hand since magnetic mono pole does not exists , soanalogeous Gauss's law of magnetism does not exists, therefore, B. dS =0In case mono pole would have existed then Gauss's law of magnetism might have been, B. dS =μ0×m, m stands for magnetic pole stregth.
