All the alphabets have a position in the alphabetical order. We can easily find the number of each letter by writing down the alphabet and writing numbers in a sequence in front of them.
Now well take the numbers of the words in the question and add them,
MOON
M=13
O=15
O=15
N=14
13+15+15+14=57 on factorising 3×19=57

RED
R=18
E=5
D=4
18+5+4=27 on factorising 3×9=27

SISA
S=19
I=9
S=19
A=1
19+9+19+1=48 on factorising 3× 16=48
We see in MOON and RED is coded by removing 3 from the factor of the sum of the alphanumeric values.
So SISA= 16
So option B is the correct answer.
