Since plane is perpendicular to OP and passes through (a, b, c)

Equation of plane is given by a(x − a) + b(y − b) + c(z − c) = 0
i.e. ax − a² + by − b² + cz − c² = 0
i.e. ax + by + cz = a² + b²+ c²
