Let α and β be the zeros of the polynomial. Then as per question β=7α

Now sum of zeros =α+β=α+7α=(83)

8α=83 or α=13

and α×β=α×7α=2k+13

7α2=2k+137(13)2=2k+13 (α=13)

79=2k+1373=2k+1

731=2kk=23
