The correct option is A p=1, q=2
f(x)=x2+px+q
f(p)=p2+p2+q=0
Hence,
2p2=q ...(i)
p+q=p
q=2p
Substituting q in (1), we get
2p=2p2
Hence,
p=0 or p=1
If p=0 then q=0 or
If p=1 then q=2.
