here from eq
3p+8q=6r+5s
if we let p=q=r=s=^i+^j+^k
i.e. points are equal
Line PQ r=^i+^j+^k
Line RS r=^i+^j+^k
it is intersecting becuase if the any point vector of two lines is same then they intersect at that point and here it is true
