Given, $P:Q=1\frac{1}{2}:3\frac{1}{2}=\frac{3}{2}:\frac{7}{2}=3:7$

And, $Q:R=5\frac{1}{4}:7\frac{1}{2}$

$=\frac{21}{4}:\frac{15}{2}=\frac{21\times 2}{15\times 2}=7:10$

From above we get,

$P:R=\frac{3:7}{7:10}$

$\therefore P:R=3:10$
