Open in App
Solution

P(2) = 2^2-4(2)+3
= 4 -8+3
= 7-8
= -1
P(1) = 1^2-4(1)+3
= 1 -4 +3
= 4 -4
= 0
P(1/2) = (1/2)^2 - 4(1/2)+3
= 1/4 - 2 + 3
= 1/4+1
= 5/4
P(2)-P(1)+P(1/2) = -1+0+5/4
= 1/4
