Question

If P(x)=x2-4x+3, then find p(2)-p(-1)

Open in App
Solution

ANSWER :-
P(x)=x²-4x+3

so,

p(2)= 2²-4×2+3
= 4-8+3 = (-1)

p(-1)= (-1)²-4(-1)+3
= 1+4+3 = 8

p (2)-p (-1) = -1- (8)
= -1-8 = -9
Hope it makes you clear .
