Considering the following reaction:
HPO24(aq)+H+(aq)H2PO4(aq)
HPO24(aq)H+(aq)PO34(aq)
pH=12[pKa2+pKa3]
Therefore, pH=12[pKa2+pKa3] for pH of Na2HPO4

pH=pKa2+pKa32 =12(7.2+12.3)=9.75
