The correct option is B Towards B
As the potential of A is greater than B, it is clear that the electric field is directed from A towards B.
Now place the dipole i.e. an arrangement of two equal and opposite charges separated by a very small fixed distance.
The positive charge of the dipole will tend to move towards B (along the field) and Negative one towards A(against the field). Hence dipole moment will align itself in the direction of field i.e. towards B.
