V(x,y,z)=6xyy+2yz

As we know that

E=Vx^iVy^jVz^k

Now,

Vx=6y; Vy=6x1+2z

Vz=2y

So the electric field become

E=6y ^i(6x1+2z)^j2y ^k

At (1,1,0)x=1, y=1, z=0

E=6^i5^j2^k

Hence, option (c) is correct.
