We know that P1T1 = constant for constant volume.
Let the initial pressure be P1 and initial temperature be T1.
Thus final pressure P2=1.004P1 and final temperature T2=T1+1.
Using P1T1=P2T2
So, P1T1 = 1.004P1T1+1
Or T1+1=1.004T1
Or 0.004T1=1
T1=250K
