The correct option is A 16
Weight of the bag = 6 kg
In order to balance both the pans
Weight of the bag = 2 kg + Weight of oranges
Weight of oranges = 6 kg - 2kg = 4 kg

Quarter of 48 oranges = 14 × 48
= 12 oranges

Number of oranges in 3 kg = 12

Number of oranges in 1 kg = 12 ÷ 3 = 4

Number of oranges in 4 kg
= 4 × Number of oranges in 1 kg
= 4 × 4
= 16 oranges
