The correct option is C
Rs 1875
Total capital invested = Rs 5000 + Rs 7500 = Rs 12500

Profit = 25%

=25100× 12500=Rs 3125

The ratio of profits is the same as the ratio of investments

Ratio of investments of Ram and Shyam

=50007500=23=2:3

Ratio of Ram's profit and Shyam's profit = 2:3
Let Ram's profit = 2y ,Let Shyam's profit = 3y

Total profit = Rs 3125
2y + 3y = 3125
5y = 3125
y = 625

Therefore , Shyam would receive 3y i.e Rs 1875 as profit
