Since, we have simple Interest $\left(I\right)=\frac{PRT}{100}$
Substitute given values in the above formula, we get
$=\frac{1500\times 9\times 2}{100}$
Therefore, $I=Rs.270$ .
Now, total amount $=P+I=1500+270=Rs.1770$
