Then John's share $=44200-x$

C.A of John $=(44200-x){(1+\frac{10}{100})}^4=(44200-x){\left(\frac{110}{100}\right)}^4$
As per question, Ram share $=$ Johns share
$x{\left(\frac{110}{100}\right)}^6$$=(44200-x)$${\left(\frac{110}{100}\right)}^4$
$x{\left(\frac{110}{100}\right)}^2$$=44200-x$
$x=20000$
Then Rams share $=20000$
And John's share $=44200-20000=24200$
