Let Rate be $R$.

$A=P(1+\frac{RT}{100})$

$\Rightarrow 83.2=64(1+\frac{2R}{100})$

$\Rightarrow \frac{83.2}{64}=1+\frac{2R}{100}$

$\therefore$ Rate $=15$%

Now,

$P_2=86$

$T_2=86$

$R=15$%

$A=P(1+\frac{RT}{100})$

$\Rightarrow A=86(1+\frac{15\times 4}{100})$

$\Rightarrow A=137.60$
