Solution

The rusting of ion is a chemical change because the iron atoms form chemicalbonds with the oxygen atoms to form iron oxide molecules. But the rusting only form on outer surface only and rest iron of inner layers is in original form.
When we pore cold drinks on rusting iron and keep it for sometime, it wipe out the outer layer and rusting get removed.
