Solving both the diameter equation,
2xy=3 and x2y=6
x=0, y=3
Center C(0,3)

Now, Area =616 cm2
πr2=616r2=616×722r2=28×7=196r=14

Equation of the required circle is
(x0)2+(y+3)2=142x2+y2+6y187=0
