sin2α+csc2α+2sinαcscα+cos2α+sec2α+2cosαsecα)=K+tan2α+cot2α

we know, that sinαcscα=1 and cosαsecα=1
And also Trignometric identity: sin2α+cos2α=1
1+csc2α+2+sec2α+2tan2αcot2α=K
5+csc2αcot2α+sec2αtan2α=K
Trignometric identities: csc2αcot2α=1 and sec2αtan2α=1
5+1+1=K
