Question

If sin θ= cos (θ45o), where θ and θ 45o are acute angles, find the degree measure of θ

Open in App
Solution

sin θ= cos (θ45o)

so, cos (90θ) =cos (θ45o) [cos(90-A) = sinA]
Hence, 90θ = θ45o [Since angles are same]

so, θ = 1352 = 67.5°
