$\frac{2 + \sqrt{3}}{2 - \sqrt{3}} + \frac{2 - \sqrt{3}}{2 + \sqrt{3}} + \frac{\sqrt{3} - 1}{\sqrt{3} + 1}$
$= \frac{(2 + \sqrt{3})^{2} + (2 - \sqrt{3})^{2}}{(2 - \sqrt{3}) (2 + \sqrt{3})} + \frac{(\sqrt{3} - 1)^{2}}{(\sqrt{3})^{2} - (1)^{2}}$
$= \frac{4 + 2 \sqrt{3} + 3 + 4 - 2 \sqrt{3} + 3}{(2)^{2} - (\sqrt{3})^{2}} + \frac{(3) - 2 \sqrt{3} + 1}{3 - 1}$
$= \frac{14}{1} + \frac{4 - 2 \sqrt{3}}{2}$
$= \frac{28 + 4 - 2 \sqrt{3}}{2}$
$= \frac{32 - 2 \sqrt{3}}{2}$
$= 16 - \sqrt{3}$
$= 16 - 1.732$
$\approx 14.26$
