The correct option is C 1.6
Let the two velocities be v1 and v2.
v1+v2=3.25×108m/s ......(1)
Also v2v1=0.75×108m/s
Thus we get v2=0.75×108+v1
Putting it in (1), we get 0.75×108+2v1=3.25×108
v2=1.25×108m/s
Similarly, we get v1=2×108m/s
Refractive index of medium 2 w.r.t 1 n21=v1v2
n21=21.25=1.6
