Since PA is a tangent,OPPA(Tangent at any point of circle is perpendicular to the radius through point of contact.)
OAP=90
In OAP and OBP
OA=OB(both radius)
PA=PB(Lengths of tangent drawn from external point is equal)
OP=OP(common)
OAPOBP by SSS congruency
So,OPA=OPB by CPCT
So,OPA=12APB=12×80=40
In OPA,
POA+OPA+OAP=180 by angle sum property of triangle
POA+40+90=180
POA=180130=50
