Between, 31 Jan 1996 and 31 Jan 2005, we have 3 leap years (1996, 2000 and 2004) and 6 ordinary years.
Therefore, number of odd days = 3 X 2 + 6 X 1 = 12 days or 1 week and 5 odd days
