Given that,
$\text{A}=\sqrt{6}$
$\text{B}=\sqrt{18}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{\text{B}}{\text{A}}=\frac{\sqrt{18}}{\sqrt{6}}=\frac{\sqrt{6\times 3}}{\sqrt{6}},(\because 18=6\times 3)=\frac{\sqrt{6}\times \sqrt{3}}{\sqrt{6}}$

Cancelling $\sqrt{6}$ from both numerator and denominator we get,
$\frac{\text{B}}{\text{A}}=\sqrt{3}$
