Given that,
OM=ON=4 units
OP=OS
=5 units
= Radius of the circle

From Pythagorus theorem, in the right angle triangle OMP
OM2+MP2=OP2
42+MP2=52
MP2=5242
=9=32
MP=3 units

MP is the mid point of PQ,
So, PQ=2×3
=6 units
Now, it is given that both chords are at same distances from the centre O.
