If the angle between the incident ray and a plane mirror is 30°, then what will be the angle of reflection?

According to laws of reflection:

  1. The incident ray, the normal, and the reflected ray all lie on the same plane.
  2. The angle of incidence is always equal to the angle of reflection. i.e i=r.

So, if the angle of incidence is30°, then the angle of reflection is also30°.
