The correct option is A more than 3
Let us consider a situation where two plane mirrors are at right angles to each other.

We find, 360θ=36090=4 (even)

Then, number of images formed by the system of plane mirrors is

n=(360901)=3

Further, if we increase the angle, i.e when the angle is obtuse, the number of images will become less than 3.

And, if we decrease the angle, i.e. when the angle is acute, the number of images will become more than 3.
