The correct option is C 80
From the figure, it is evident that AOB=100.
Now, OAP=90 and OBP=90 (radii is perpendicular to tangent at point of contact)
Also, sum of interior angles of a quadrilateral is 360 and hence,
APB=360OAPOBPAOB=80
This is the required angle between the tangents.
