Let QR be the tower.
Given, height=100 m
Let α be the angle of elevation.
α=tan1(45)
InPQR,
tanα=QRRP
tan(tan1(45))=100RP

45=100RP

RP=5×1004=125m

Hence the distance from point to it's foot is 125 m.
