Let A and B be the centres and r1 and r2 the radii of the two circles, then
A=(12,12),B=(12,12)
r1=12,r2=12
cosθ=r21+r22AB22r1r2
=12+1212×12×12=0
θ=π2

Required line is parallel to x-axis and since it passes through (1,2), therefore its equation will be y=2
