The correct option is B 53
(2,1,λ) are the direction ratios perpendicular to the plane.
and,
(1,2,2) is the direction ratio of the line.
Then,
l=^i+^2j+^2k
p=^2i^j+λ^k
Since,
cosθ=¯l¯p¯|l|.¯|p|=22+2λ3×5+λ

cosθ=2λ35+λ=23λ5+λ

θ=cos123λ5+λ
θ=Π2θ=sin123λ5+λ
sinθ=23λ5+λ (1)
But from the question,
sinθ=13 (2)
Equation (1) & (2)
13=23λ5+λ

12=λ5+λ
14=λ5+λ

5+λ=4λ

5=3λ

λ=53
So, (B) is the correct answer.
