Let, r1 and r2 be the radii of the two circles.
Given, θ1=65oπ180×65o=13π36 radian

and θ2=110oπ180×110o=22π36 radian

Let, l be the length of each of the arc. Then,
l=r1θ1=r2θ2

so, 13π36×r1=22π36×r2r1r2=22π36×3613π =2213

Hence, r1r2=2213
