Question

If the area of a room is 2264 m² and its breadth is 5716 meters, then what is its length?

Open in App
Solution

To get the required length of the room, we divide the area of the room by its breadth.

i.e. L = A ÷ B

L=2264÷5716

This gives us, L = 2264×1657

Therefore, L = 90457 m

or L = 154957 m
