The correct option is D 8m
Area of the rectangle = length x breadth = 8m x 2m = 16 m2
Area of square = 4 x area of rectangle = 4 x 16 = 64 m2
Also we know, area of square = a2, where a is the side of square.
So, 64 = a2
a = 8m
So, the side of the required square = 8m
