In ΔABC
measure of angle A=180-112.5-22.5=45,

Also ACD=ABC+BAC=22.5+45=67.5 ( exterior angle property)
using sine rule

asinA=bsinB

BCsin45=bsin22.5 (1)

Also In ΔACD,
sin(ACD)=hbb=hsin(ACD) (2)

Sunstituting Equation (2) in (1)-
BCsin45=hsin22.5×sin67.5

BCsin45=2hSin45

BC=2hh=12BC
