According to given question,

$\pi \times D=\pi +D$

$\frac{22}{7}D=\frac{22}{7}+D$

$\frac{22}{7}D=\frac{22+7D}{7}$

$22D=22+7D$

$22D-7D=22$

$15D=22$

$D=\frac{22}{15}$

Then,

$D=x=\frac{22}{15}$
