We know that the Circumference of a circle is given by $2\pi r$

$\therefore 2\pi r=154cm$

$\Rightarrow r=\frac{154}{2\times \frac{22}{7}}$

$\Rightarrow r=\frac{154\times 7}{2\times 22}$

$\Rightarrow r=\frac{49}{2}=24.5cm$

Area of the circle $=\pi r^2=\frac{22}{7}\times 24.5\times 24.5=1886.50{cm}^2$
