Since number of field lines entering through circular surface is equal to number of field lines leaving the paraboloid surface.

So, the total flux through the closed surface is zero.

We have,
Flux through plane circular part (ϕc)+ Flux through parabolidal surface(ϕp)=0

ϕc+ϕp=0

ϕp=ϕc...(1)

Now, the ϕc can be calculated by ,

ϕc=(E0^i).πR2(^i)

ϕc=E0πR2...(2)

From (1) and (2), we have

ϕp=E0πR2

Hence, option (a) is correct answer.
