$∵$ 15 apples cost = ₹120

$\Rightarrow$ Cost of 1 apple = $\frac{120}{15}$ = ₹8

$∴$ Cost of 1 dozen apples
= 8 $\times$ 12

= 3 $\times$ cost of 1 dozen
