Total cost of fencing a square plot $= R s . 200$
Rate of fencing $= R s 2.50$
$∴$ Perimeter of square = $\frac{T o t a l c o s t}{R a t e} = \frac{200}{2.5} = 80 m$
Since, we know that
Perimeter of square $= 4 a$
$\Rightarrow 80 m = 4 a$
$\Rightarrow a = 20 m$
$∴$ Length of square plot $= 20 m$
