We apply the formula P = ρgh

We get P = 20 g cm-3,* 4 cm * 10 N kg-1,

Since all the answers are in Pascals, we need it to be in N m-2

And for that, we will have to convert all the CGS units to MKS units.

Doing that, we find,

ρ = 20 kg m-3,

g = 10 m s-2,

h = 0.04 m

Applying the formula P = ρgh

we get,

P = 20 kg m-3​​*10 m s-2*0.04 m

Therefore, P = 8000 Pa
