if the diameter of a circle is 7m find the area of the half circle.

Diameter of circle = 7 m , SO radius of circle = 3.5 m

And area of half circle = $\frac{\mathrm{\pi }{\mathrm{r}}^2}{2}$
So,
Area of given half circle = $\frac{{\displaystyle \frac{22}{7}}\times 3.5\times 3.5}{2}=\frac{{\displaystyle 22\times 0.5\times 3.5}}{2}=11\times 0.5\times 3.5=\mathbf{}\mathbf{19}\mathbf{.}\mathbf{25}\mathbf{}{\mathbf{m}}^{\mathbf{2}}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{(}\mathbf{}\mathbf{Ans}\mathbf{}\mathbf{)}$
