Let the radius of circle is x cm

Thencircumference of circle =$2\pi r$

$\therefore 2\pi r-r=37$

$\Rightarrow \frac{44}{7}r-r=37$

$\Rightarrow 44r-7r=256$

$\Rightarrow 37r=259$

$\Rightarrow r=7$

So Diameter=$2\times 7=14$ cm
