Solution

The correct option is B
There will be a rise in temperature in summer as well as in winter.
The sun will come closer to the Earth so there will be more heating effect which will affect both summer and winter and there will be rise in temperature in both the seasons.
Distance from the sun does not affect the occurence of seasons.
The tilt of the earth's axis causes the seasons to change.
Day and night are caused by Earth's rotation on its axis. It is day on the side of the Earth that is facing the Sun. It is night on the side of the Earth facing away from the Sun.The change in distance will not affect the occurence of day and night.
