Gametes (egg, sperm. pollen, etc.) only have half the amount of DNA as normal cells in the organism.
If the sperm has 30 pg of DNA the normal cell will have 60 pg when it is not dividing.
The number of chromosomes increases only when DNA replicates which takes place in S phase. So in the S phase, the DNA is 120 pg. And at the end of the meiosis, the resulting chromosomes distributed between the two daughter cells so there would be 30 pg at the end of the meiosis-I.
So the answer is '60pg'.
